Richie's Heaven: the Richie Sambora collection at Matt's Guitar Shop
Richie Sambora is one of the most iconic guitarists on the music scene. It was an honour to receive part of his guitar collection at Matt's Guitar Shop.
Richie Sambora is one of the legendary guitarists of American rock, a man whose band, Bon Jovi, has sold over 130 million albums worldwide and whose compositions, from Livin' On A Prayer to It's My Life, continue to haunt rock radio stations several times a day.
Matt's Guitar Shop recently managed to approach Sambora, who agreed to let us have some of the most interesting pieces from his vast collection. These include guitars used on stage and in the studio, as well as signature models and prototypes - all precious artefacts for the many admirers of the musician in the hat!
On the menu: a Martin signature 12-string Brazilian rosewood, two signed Duesenbergs, an ESP signature prototype, an electric and an acoustic Zemaitis, a Fender Strat used by Sambora and his partner at the time, Orianthi, and a Vox Virage...
There won't be enough for everyone, so it's up to you to go into 'Wanted Dead Or Alive' mode to get your hands on one of these collector's guitars!
